You can call me ksf if you like!
My real name is Shu Fen Tether. (Shu Fen is my first name, even though it is spelt with a spacing in between. I always find it amusing when people call me Shu :)
I started using my artist name, ksf, for as long as i can remember.
My maiden name is "Koh", and in Singapore (where I am originally from), we put our last name in front of our first name.
Koh Shu Fen was my full name in the past, and that forms ksf.
My husband's name is Kieran Tether.
Kieran + Shu Fen forms ksf too!
Yay! We met in Taiwan Airport and the rest is history. :)
We currently live in Wellington, New Zealand.
I enjoy drawing, a little bit of gardening, pottery, hip hop dancing, writing stories, drawing comics and having intellectual conversations over a cup of bubble tea. :)
I am currently doing my own projects, like comics and drawing and also teaching drawing to kids at the same time! I have worked on TV series, direct to DVD movies and commercials and many other interesting projects as a 3D animator in the past. I am always pursuing art as a leisure and a career and is always interested in exploring different mediums to become a more interesting artist. :)
